The beach was absolutely stunning, with pristine white sand and crystal-clear water. It was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was also great, conveniently close to various restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

One of the main drawbacks was the outdated facilities. The hotel could definitely use some renovations, especially in the rooms and common areas.

The beach restaurant here was amazing! 🏖️ I had no complaints at all - the food tasted really fresh and was made right in front of me.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful beach. We loved getting drinks at the little hut by the entrance to the Diamond Club part of the beach, where they also cooked delicious hamburgers. the buffet area was especially impressive, offering a variety of options for breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the bathroom supplies were regularly replaced, ensuring a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the good service and the ability to connect to WiFi throughout the hotel.

The beach on some days due to the strong wind, which made it less enjoyable.

During my Thanksgiving trip, I appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and the free breakfast offered. The hotel's proximity to the beach was unbeatable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The resort also had a relaxing atmosphere which was a plus.

There were too many disappointing aspects about our stay. The room was not very clean, and the air conditioning was not working properly.

We loved the Diamond Club area with its private beach and recliners. The beach itself was stunning, with soft white sand that stretched for miles. The beach bar provided excellent service, with waiters taking our drink orders and a bartender who never made us wait. The room in the Diamond Club was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff, and we appreciated the butler service that made us feel pampered. The buffet had a great variety of hot and fresh food, and the specialty restaurants were also enjoyable. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay memorable.

One downside was the ongoing maintenance on the lazy river area, which was closed during our visit. It would have been better if this repair work had been done in the summer rather than the busy season.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the check-in process was smooth and relaxing. the private stretch of golden sandy beach exclusive to guests is simply luxurious and accompanied by excellent poolside service. the variety and presentation of the food in the themed restaurants were top-notch, and the bar and lounge area provided exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness center, as well as the massage services, were excellent treats.

Although the entertainment was varied and enjoyable, the presence of mosquitos at night was a minor issue that could have been addressed.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel, where all our exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled. the service was exceptional, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. the Spa and wellness centre was the highlight of our stay, and the massage services were rejuvenating. the garden area was serene, and the outdoor swimming pool was clean and refreshing.

The only minor issue we faced was with the private facilities. Although the room advantages were exclusive and comfortable, the location of the room was not ideal.
